General conditions of sale

These General Sales Conditions exclusively govern the business relationships with our clients for sales and services shown on the site www.farden.fr. Any order implies prior consultation and the unreserved acceptance of the General Sales Conditions. Persons considered legally incapable of entering into a contract according to articles 1123 of the Civil Code, particularly non-emancipated minors, must obtain the authority of their legal representative prior to placing any order and provide us with such authority.
Our products are valid while stocks last and may be altered at any time.
All our jewelry has a 2 year warranty for parts and labor as per the normal use of an item of jewelry. Wear and tear, normal aging (flattened links), and loss or damage as a result of an accident are excluded from the warranty.
Satisfaction or money back :7 Days in which to change your mind. If an item of jewelry does not meet your expectations, you have 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt in which to return it to us in the original casing specifying the reason for the return. The jewellery must not have been worn nor dirtied. You will then receive an exchange or a refund (with the exception of personalized items) following inspection of the jewelery. Shipping costs will not be included in this refund.
Exchanges and returns :Pack your jewelry carefully, do not send it in a plain envelop. Send it by registered mail at your own expense to Farden Joaillier BP 152 01210 Ferney-Voltaire along with your invoice and specific instructions.
Ordering and ProcessYou may place your order at www.Farden.fr by selecting the items of your choice which you will then place in your basket by clicking the « Add to my Basket » button.
The order will be registered only after the accuracy of the information provided has been confirmed. The company Farden jewelers reserves the right to request additional client information in order to protect itself from any attempted fraud.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order as soon as possible by e-mail resuming your purchases which will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration.
We will inform you very quickly of the availability of your items. If we cannot fulfil all of your order, we will inform you of this by mail as soon as possible.
For any orders of custom pieces placed online on this site or for large orders (associations, labor management committees...), you may contact us at our email address and we will provide you with an estimate (See Conditions).
Prices are indicated in Euros inclusive of tax. The VAT included is the current French VAT on the day of the order. Clients residing outside of the EEC will find their ordered invoiced before tax. We will withhold the VAT amount following validation of the order and only the final price of the jewelry together with the shipping charges and transport costs will be invoiced to the client.
The products will remain the property of the company Farden jewelers Farden.fr until the price has been paid in full.
Your order is only taken into account on receipt of your payment. Also, we favor secure online payment in order to reduce the time between your purchase and receipt of your item. We accept, however, payment by cheque or money order.
Delivery :Deliveries are made to the address you indicate to us on placing your order (for follow-up reasons, Armed Forces addresses are not accepted). Thus, if you wish to send a gift, for example, or have the item delivered to your workplace you can specify this at the end of the order.
Following receipt of your payment, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible (Explanation: Your Jewelry Delivery Time). On receipt of your payment, with no further information from us, the delivery time will be that you have read in the advertisment when placing your order.
These General Sales Conditions and the contractual relationship pertaining thereto are governed by French law. The language of this contract is the French language. In the event of a dispute, only the Tribunal de Bourg en Bresse will have jurisdiction.
We remind you that any attempted fraud will result in a criminal sentence for the perpetrator.
